I am a Reiki Master with a gentle nature, my aim is to help my clients to find balance, reclaim their sense of wellbeing and support their bodies natural healing ability through Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness Practices. Supporting clients through Life challenges, helping them towards a fulfilling and successful life where they can live their purpose through one to one and group coaching sessions.
Also provide Meditation and Mindfulness practice either as one to one or small groups, Life coaching and Aromatherapy consultations.

I was given an aromatherapy blend off this lovely lady to help with migraine , It was sent to me very quickly through the post and I was very pleased to receive it so quickly, although it didn’t take my migraine away it certainly helped to calm it down and relax me at the same time, I also use it for my sinuses as it helps to clear them. Definitely would recommend this lovely lady.
Wonderful teacher, made everyone feel very welcome and I learnt loads, cant wait to do my level 2. x
