The Yorkshire Therapy Company specialise in Reiki, EFT, mindfulness and reflexology. The owner of the company, Lauren Seward, has been practicing Reiki for over ten years and runs regular courses and workshops. In addition, monthly Reiki share groups in Saltaire provide an opportunity for practitioners to come together and share Reiki, receive an empowerment and develop their practice.
The Yorkshire Therapy also offers Mindfulness courses and a range of additional energy therapies including Reflexology, EFT ‘Tapping’ , acupressure massage and Indian Head Massage.
For practitioners looking to refresh their training a 30% discount is available on all courses and one-to-one Reiki refresher programmes can also be arranged.
Alongside her energy work, Lauren has a background in personal and professional development and also lectures in CPD and managerial and professional development on undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes at Bradford University. Workplace courses and training are also a speciality and can be arranged.

I have had reiki before and looked carefully for a teacher, and friend suggested Lauren. From our first meeting I felt as though I had found the perfect teacher for me, and the level 1 course was just what I was looking for. Great material before hand and follow up support has been important. I’ve only managed to get to one of the group shares but felt very comfortable with the group and was able to have questions answered. I’ll definitely be going again and I’m planning to do my level 2 early next year with Lauren.
I have been seeing Lauren for a few months now and have had both Reiki and reflexology, and my daughter has also had EFT with Lauren. She is very good at what she does and I always look forward to seeing her.
I had a treatment with Lauren at Yorkshire Therapy in Skipton. I have had other treatments there, but not Reiki. I didn’t really know what to expect but I found the treatment to be very relaxing and I have slept well night after night since! I have booked a second session.
