Hello my name is Jo Pearce Im a Reiki Master near Bristol Airport .. Reiki is a wonderful gentle energy which can help with many things . It feels like a calm energy . If can feel Hot , cold tingley or nothing at all . Reiki gives you positive energy . Reiki brings any pain to the surface , sometimes it can feel worse before it improves . Reiki is done on a couch lying down with your clothes on and covered up in a blanket . It is a very nuturing treatment , it feels like being back in the womb . My hands go over the top of the blanket with some peaceful music playing and a candle glowing .. You can falll asleep or if you prefer you can talk through it ..
