Reiki and spiritual healing is used to rebalance the energy of the mind, body and soul. As a qualified Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki, I look to enhance a basic Reiki treatment by offering a bespoke service to my London based clients; Alongside traditional Reiki healing, I combine the use of guided visual meditation, affirmations, oracle card reading and angel work to strengthen and enrich the healing process

I was recommended to try Reiki by a friend of mine and was lucky enough to find Jessica who lives just a few minutes away. She really helped me focus on some of the problems I’m having in my work and personal life and I left the session flowing with positive energy. It helps sometimes to take some time out of your day to do something like this and it certainly has given me a fresh perspective towards things.
