Tracy qualified as a beauty therapist in 1993, in Pembrokeshire College Haverfordwest. She qualified as a reflexologist in 2011, and also had one to one tuition with Ann Gillanders, for reflexology in cancer care. In her spare time, Tracy is also a volunteer complementary therapist for a local hospice at home charity.
