Healing begins with ourselves, once we make the decision to feel better in any way this begins a process from the brain on a cellular level of the body. Using visualisation tecniques this then enables us to shift our perception of our condition to bring about healing in the mind and body.
Prefering to treat the cause in a logical way puts you at ease in understanding that light touch movements relax muscles in the body in the same way that chronic pain is relieved by relaxing the mind.
Having worked with many pain conditions and those where other treatment has resisted I only use tecniques that work to move you forward.
