I have been practicing Reiki since 1993 and teaching Levels 1,2 & 3 since 1997. In 1998-2003, as a founder member and vice-chair of the UK Reiki Federation, I was involved with the regulation of Reiki as a therapy and the development of National Occupational Standards.
I am also a massage therapist, aromatherapist, flower essence practitioner, nutritional microscopist and Living Foods Practitioner.
I work from the Leiston Centre for Wellbeing where I practice Reiki, Flower Essence therapy and the Vital Health Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme.
