Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes the body’s own healing ability. It is used for animals, plants and of course people and works in exactly the same way for each one.
It is believed that a living beings energy should be strong and free flowing. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it can lead to symptoms of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imbalance. Reiki encourages the body’s own healing process by directing energy into or around the body which helps to release old patterns, obstructions and behaviours.
Animal Reiki is wonderful and works with domestic, wild, large or small animals. There is no placebo effect on animals so the proof is in the pudding.
