I began my own reiki journey in 2002, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in 2006. I have actively practiced reiki for more than twenty years. I run a private practice as colour therapist, multi-media artist and spiritual coach, based on the Essex Coast. I assist clients from all walks and stages of life to recognise where they have disconnected from their soul’s path. I have supported and taught many thousands of people through my work.

My method brings profound healing by reigniting your innate creativity, bringing about expanded wellbeing, self-expression, and spiritual growth. ‘Colour Alchemy’ healing sessions blend colour therapy, energy healing, and powerful colour energy activations on a group and individual basis.

I am an established author too. My first book, ‘Colour Alchemy — The Art of Healing’ offers a series of powerful colour energy activations written as short stories featuring my own intuitive artworks, which are inspired by my love of the hidden magic within nature. I have recently published my second book ‘Making Reiki Real’ available on Amazon or from Silver Topaz Therapies in Brightlingsea.

A previous Senior Manager within Third Sector, I have set up and run many services to support clients and families around issues with mental health, chronic and long term health conditions. I have qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology, various massage techniques, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, End of life therapy, Starseed Therapy and Akashic Record Therapy too.

I teach all three traditional Usui Reiki degrees and have a direct lineage due to the masters who I chose to learn with. In addition to the traditional training I also teach my own specialist Reiki Crystals Practitioner course.
