Reiki with Annie
Reiki Practitioner in Buckhurst Hill, Essex
I am an Usui reiki therapist. I practice in Buckhurst Hill in 2 locations. I work on a part time basis so any potential clients please give a call and we can arrange a suitable time.
I am also a Special Needs Advisory teacher and can work with children. I am DBS checked. All children can have reiki treatments but children from the age of 9 are able to lay on the table for a period of time. Parents are welcome to stay in the room with their child.
Reiki is a energy healing therapy with no side effects and activates the body’s own healing abilities. Therefore reiki works hand in hand with other holistic and conventional therapies.
Reiki can be used to improve sleep, strengthen the immune system, lower anxiety, reduce pain, support quicker recovery of sports injuries, manage stress, improve mental and emotional health and improve mental attitude.

What an Experience!!
Fabulous for anyone on a spiritual journey.
Parking was very convenient.
I found it to be an amazing, positive and unique experience.
When Annie, my therapist started to work on me, my shoulders became heated and I felt able to ‘let go’. It was non invasive, as well as being so soothing and spiritual. It was my first experience of this totally holistic experience, which I would fully recommend.
