I offer Reiki Healing & Reiki Practitioner Training in my beautiful  therapy room in Neath.
I provide healing for all ages from babies to the young at heart !…..for all sorts of conditions & issues:

physical issues – bad backs, joint pain, sore knees , cartilage issues or skeletal deformities, colic , rhematic conditions, cancer tumours
emotional issues – stress, anxiety, depression, OCD habits, panic attacks,anger issues
psychological  issues & behavioural patterns
relationship issues
dealing with life trauma and events eg grief, break-ups, miscarriages , job loss etc
weight loss, overcoming anorexia, body dysmorphia

I also work on the physical and energetic systems via physical releases and movements based upon specific Yoga & Pilates moves
