Welcome to Heartwood Healing. My name is Sharon Chapman, and I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Reflexologist and founder of Heartwood Healing.

For nearly 30 years I have been supporting people through Reiki and complementary therapies, while also training the next generation of Reiki practitioners and teachers. My Reiki teaching combines traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryōhō practices with modern professional standards, creating a supportive and thorough learning experience.

Heartwood Healing is proud to be a UK Reiki Council Verified Reiki Training School, with a training programme that meets the CNHC Core Curriculum for professional Reiki education. Students who complete the Professional Practitioner pathway and meet the required standards are eligible to apply for professional registration with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Alongside my teaching, I am a CNHC Registered Reiki Practitioner, a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), and fully insured. I am passionate about helping students develop confidence, integrity and a sustainable Reiki practice, whether their journey is for personal development or professional practice.

My intention is to offer a welcoming, grounded space where Reiki can be experienced as a lifelong practice of self-awareness, connection and compassionate living.
