My name is Jackie and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist in which several different therapeutic techniques are used to address a person’s psychological or emotional issues. An Intergrative approach I feel is like having a variety of models, techniques and tools all in one box. I am also an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner and Reiki therapist and believe that combining these therapies together can be very powerful. I am also incorporating into my practice a very interesting but simple technique called the Metamorphic Technique. The Metamorphic Technique is a simple tool that enables us to move from feelings of limitation towards accessing more of our potential. In short, it helps us to help ourselves.

I understand that it could feel like you are feeling like a failure for seeking some help. This is indeed not the case as you are wanting to feel different and change your life in to a more positive journey. I can offer you help and support with many issues in a warm and relaxing environment. My therapy room has an instant calming influence and I look forward to hearing from you.
